Beachbody-STAT-Measurement-Day-Focus T25 and Plyo-Week 2

Gain muscle, lose weight and feel great…measurement day..
Checking in for end of week 2 ….Focus T25 and PiYo -Measure-

It’s STAT day….. I’m in between Body Beast Cycles and am doing the T25 Gamma and PiYo Strength combo (cardio and stretching).

Yeah…..my Body Fat went from 22 – 20 % (17% is great at my age)

This is hard…public personal accountability …

Gotta do this every week and measure my progress….

I have accepted how I look today….and am committed to improving my physical conditioning.

Front/Back-Hands Down
Front/Back-Hands at Waist
Front/Back-the Gun Show

Left/Right Side-Hands Down
Left/Right Side-Hands at Waist
Left/Right Side-pivot feet at 45 degrees,rotate-square off shoulders

Caliper measure – to the side and an inch down from the belly button.
