What’s on today’s agenda … Focus T25 and PiYo and Shakeology…
I like the Focus T25 gamma series…the focus is on strength (with light weights) and the PiYo Strength schedule…
Today – Focus T25 gamma “Rip’t Up” and PiYo “Define: Upper Body”
For me, this was fun to do because I could get some cardio in as well as some great stretching … and be done within an hour..
Of course, nutrition plays a huge part of the fitness plan and I am supplementing with Shakeology…specifically Greenberry…
I’ve been using different protein supplements over the years and am not as fussy as some…I simply add 10 oz of 2% milk and one scoop of Shakeology and I’m good.
