The time it takes to get to the gym….
For me, the closest gym is about 30 minutes away…
60 minutes or 1 hour for just getting to the gym and back….
In order to eliminate this excuse, I use Beachbody Programs…today I’m doing the Bodybeast Build Chest Routine…
I push the DVD in the player, go upstairs and change, come back down….
total time to get to the gym….zero…..
I do the professionally developed programs with the team of experts as my partners and then
total time to get home….zero….
I have eliminated one of the biggest excuses for not getting my daily exercise in…time to get to the gym!
